Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is most commonly used for shaping thin plastics. Almost all complete products have a type of vacuum formed packaging. Vacuum forming allows for inexpensive, prescise, and repeatable parts that can be mass produced easily. Thin plastic plates, trays, toys, covers, caps, and packaging are all great products for vacuum forming.
